Job summary

Voyage Care in Swadlincote is seeking dedicated Support Workers. Typical shifts include mornings, evenings and weekends, with a focus on helping people gain greater independence in daily life within a friendly team.

You will support with personal care, community access and meaningful activities, including outings to local bars, pubs and leisure venues, while following Positive Behavior Support plans and reflective practice to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in care or support work is required.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
• Experience with individuals requiring enhanced support, including trauma, autism, mental health.
