Lifeways – Specialist Support Services is recruiting for Support Workers to join Milburn Court Apartments in Ashington. In this role you’ll help residents with daily living, support independence, and build meaningful connections in a welcoming, person-centred environment.

We offer full-time, plus part-time and sessional options, with funded health and social care qualifications, DBS clearance, and a rewards scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant or Healthcare Assistant is welcomed but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to undertake full training and gain qualifications.
