Qualifications

• Experience in employability, welfare-to-work, housing, support work, or advice services.
• Understanding of challenges faced by long-term unemployed individuals.
• Ability to work with KPIs and achieve clear outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage participants from the Restart Programme.
• Deliver 1:1 coaching sessions focused on employment and life skills.
• Provide support around ESOL needs and housing challenges.
