Job summary

A specialist independent school in Poole is seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist. Qualifications

  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is required.
  • Ideally have experience in special education or similar settings.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of speech and language therapy across the school.
  • Carry out assessments for both current and prospective pupils.
  • Design and implement individual and group therapy programmes.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Headteacher and SENDCo.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including teachers and support staff.
