Devon County Council is seeking Social Workers for the Children & Families Service (North & Mid) to safeguard children, support families and deliver lasting change. You will manage a varied caseload, working with families and partner agencies to deliver high-quality assessments and interventions using relationship-based practice.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of legislation, models and theories relevant to children's social work.
• Ability to build effective relationships with children, families and professionals.
• Experience in social care including multi‑agency and court environments.
• ASYE completion and social work registration with Social Work England.

• Provide high-quality assessments and interventions to improve outcomes for children, young people and families.
