Qualifications

• Experience in social care settings supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
• Level 5 qualification or in progress in Health and Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to a team of support workers.
• Conduct regular reviews of support requirements and service delivery plans.
