Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to work with schools and local authorities across the UK, delivering Maths, English or Science tutoring to disengaged or vulnerable learners with SEND and SEMH needs. Roles are flexible and designed to fit around your schedule, with in-person, hybrid, or remote options.

You’ll be part of a mission-driven team that supports pupils through trauma-informed teaching, with ongoing CPD, mentoring, and a friendly referral system to help you grow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience with SEND, SEMH, MLD/SLD/PMLD in a trauma-informed way.
• Familiarity delivering Maths, English, and/or Science.
• QTS or QTLS certification and DBS clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online or hybrid tuition in Maths, English or Science for learners with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan lessons, report progress and offer regular feedback to pupils and authorities.
• Contribute to a trauma-informed, supportive learning environment.
