Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification required.
• Experience supporting SEND pupils in a Primary School setting.

Responsibilities

• Support children with SEND within the classroom and through targeted interventions.
• Work closely with class teachers and support staff to implement individual learning plans.
• Encourage pupil progress, independence, and confidence.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
