Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs at a school in Madeley, identified as Ofsted‑rated Good. You will help students succeed, building trusting relationships and promoting inclusive learning within a nurturing environment.

The role suits experienced assistants or graduates aiming to gain classroom exposure before teacher training, with safeguarding training provided and access to online courses through Protocol Education.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with additional needs or a strong desire to do so.
• Ability to follow EHCPs or other personalised learning plans.
