Job summary

Teaching Personnel, the UK's leading education recruitment agency, is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support specialist schools and alternative provisions across Lichfield & surrounding areas. You’ll work closely with teachers to support pupils with a range of needs, including ASC, ADHD, SEMH and more, providing 1:1 and small group support.

You’ll help develop communication, independence and social skills, while promoting positive behaviour strategies and a safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate empathy and resilience when supporting pupils with additional needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a school setting.
• Experience in education, care, residential or healthcare is a plus.
• Passion for helping children thrive and reach their potential.

Responsibilities
