Job summary

SuperCare Residential is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join our children's home in the UK. You will support young people with high and complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities, using consistent routines and person-centred approaches.

You will build trusting relationships, support communication, safety and education activities, and work on a rota including day shifts and waking nights. Training funded and progression opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work day shifts and waking nights as required.
