A leading training provider is seeking a Residential Childcare Development Coach to deliver and facilitate training for apprentices. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of managerial/team leader experience in a residential home.
  • Experience supporting learners with additional needs.
  • Ability to deliver and facilitate training and mentoring.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a caseload of learners for their apprenticeship completion.
  • Provide feedback on evidence produced by learners.
  • Support learners to achieve their functional skills.

Education

Level 5 in Residential Childcare/CYP
GCSE grade C/4 in Maths & English
