Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behaviour Support Assistant or similar role is highly desirable.
• Experience in PRU or alternative provision settings is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS (child-only) on the update service.

Responsibilities

• Support students on a 1:1 or small group basis with behavioural needs.
• Manage and de-escalate behavioural incidents professionally.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, particularly those experiencing challenges.
