Job summary

Twelve is a health marketing communications and creative agency based in Hardham, West Sussex. We’re seeking a PR Communications Manager to lead day-to-day client campaigns, build strong media relations and help shape integrated campaigns across PR, digital and social channels.

The role is hybrid, with three in-office days per week, and requires balancing multiple projects with a proactive, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Strong PR and media relations experience (essential).
• Experience in an PR communications role within an agency or relevant marketing/communications environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of client projects and campaigns.
• Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and acting as a key point of contact.
• Coordinating internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
• Supporting the development of integrated campaigns across channels including creative, digital, PR and social.
• Spotting opportunities to add value for clients and support account growth.
• Bringing energy, ideas and a solutions-focused mindset to the team.
