• Competence in delivering health surveillance programmes.
• Experience in conducting ergonomic assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assess fitness for work and support attendance management.
• Deliver health surveillance programmes and workplace health initiatives.
• Plan and provide ergonomic advice to promote employee wellbeing.

Skills

Registered Nurse (RN) with current NMC registration

Excellent report writing skills

Good IT literacy

Strong understanding of occupational health legislation
