Job summary

Flow Recruitment is assisting a client in recruiting a qualified Nursery Practitioner to provide high-quality day care in a warm, supportive environment. The role focuses on nurturing pre-school children, meeting individual needs and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Nursery Practitioner, ideally holding an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
• Passionate about working with young children and supporting development.
• Caring, enthusiastic and committed to outstanding care.
• Able to create a positive, inclusive and stimulating environment for children.
• Great team player contributing to a warm nursery environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality day care and create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for pre-school children.
• Help each child learn, develop and reach their full potential, meeting their needs and following safety requirements.
• An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
