Kisimul Group is seeking a compassionate Night Team Leader for Hawthorn House in Swinderby, Lincolnshire. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live more independent lives by aiding daily activities and accompanying them on community outings.

The role includes driving duties with a company vehicle once you meet UK driving requirements; a £1000 joining bonus and extensive training are part of the package.

Responsabilités

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.

• Accompany individuals on trips into the community.
• Support with transport using the company vehicle once licensed to drive in the UK.
