Job summary

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Ilkeston is seeking a Network and Telecommunications Engineer to help future-proof the NHS by delivering vital digital services and supporting healthcare transformation through technology.

You will join the Technical Operations SBU and work to design, implement and maintain network services, keep SLAs, and collaborate with partners and clinicians to align IT with clinical needs.

Qualifications

• Network and telecommunications knowledge preferred.
• Experience supporting IT infrastructure and datacentre upgrades is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Service Level Agreements and design and implement technical solutions.
• Maintain and enhance IT infrastructure across hospitals, GP practices, and community services.
• Manage upgrades and installations within our datacentres and coordinate with Partners and Customers.
