Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to students with autism and challenging behaviour.
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering tailored lessons and activities.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Implement behaviour management strategies to support emotional and social development.
• Support students in developing life skills such as communication and self-regulation.
• Collaborate with the SEN team to adapt resources and maintain progress records.
