VWFS UK is seeking a Collections Team Manager to lead a team responsible for the fact-finding, negotiation and resolution of customer accounts in arrears, delivering fair outcomes while protecting long-term relationships.

You will coach advisors, ensure FCA compliance, manage performance and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver operational excellence across collections and recoveries.

Qualifikationen

• Proven people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and TCF principles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Quality assurance and performance management.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage workloads and meet KPIs.
• Organised and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, SAP and telephony systems.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Collections & Recoveries Advisors to deliver performance and service targets.

• Act as escalation point for complex cases and forbearance solutions.

• Monitor quality through audits and compliance reviews; drive process improvements.
