Job summary

Greenbridge Recruitment is seeking Landscape Planners at all levels to join a renowned landscape and planning practice in Cambridge. You will work on high-profile projects across the UK, benefiting from mentoring, flexible hours, and a profit-sharing, employee-owned culture.

We welcome Graduates through Principals, with roles offering chartership support, structured CPD, and hybrid working. FT or PT options available, plus 29 days' annual leave plus bank holidays and paid volunteer days.

Qualifications

• Degree in Landscape Architecture with 2+ years post-qualifying experience for graduates/consultants.
• Strong LVIA skills and ability to lead and author reports.
• Good understanding of the UK planning system and client-facing work.
• Chartership or working toward it for senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to landscape planning and LVIA work on UK projects.
• Lead projects and support junior team members.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients on meaningful schemes.
