Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Bid Management and / or writing roles.
• Available at short notice to cover an interim contract.
• Exposure to public sector bids processes.
• Experience in professional services, Facilities Management or healthcare services is advantageous.
• Strong written communication skills for engaging proposals.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple deadlines.
• Attention to detail with a methodical QA approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end bid process to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for bid proposals.
• Develop compelling and professional bid documents tailored to client needs.

• Track and manage bid timelines, deliverables and deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks on proposal content before submission.
