Job summary

Young Devon in Paignton is seeking a proactive Supported Accommodation Project Coordinator to lead a small team and oversee housing support for young people aged 16–25. Salary is £29,757 per annum, with a 37-hour week, and a permanent contract based in Paignton.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice or be prepared to complete this qualification.
• Experience coordinating a small team and housing projects is desirable.
• Safeguarding knowledge and compliance with housing standards are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to support vulnerable young people aged 16–25 toward independence.
• Coordinate day-to-day staff activities, ensure quality of support and housing management.
• Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota for emergencies.
• Maintain documentation and liaise with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
