Gloucestershire County Council is inviting applicants for a Family Help Lead to join our Gloucestershire Children’s Services across Tewkesbury, Cheltenham, Stroud and Forest of Dean. The role focuses on early help and family support within a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based interventions and coordinating multi‑agency plans to improve outcomes for children and families.

You will develop relationships, undertake Family Help assessments, and work with partner agencies to provide

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, young people and families in support or intervention roles.
• Ability to undertake Family Help assessments and coordinate multi-agency plans.
• Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends when required.
