Job summary

Kubix Media Ltd is building a creative marketing team that moves beyond craft to impact. As a designer, you’ll shape campaigns across email, paid social, web banners and full rollouts for UK ecommerce brands, turning strategy into on-brand visuals with ownership from concept to execution.

You’ll collaborate with in-house creative, strategy and copy teams. We value intent, audience-first design and pragmatic use of AI to speed up workflows while keeping craft at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in agency, in-house, or freelance design.
• Experience designing for marketing campaigns: email, banners, paid social.
• Fluent in Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Design across email, paid social, web banners and full rollouts for UK eCommerce brands.
• Turn strategy into impactful, on-brand design that helps businesses grow.
• Take a brief from concept through to a finished asset with ownership over execution.
• Collaborate with in-house creative, strategy and copy teams to bring ideas to life.
• Design against clear direction and briefs from a Creative Director, with craft valued as much as results.
