Castle Manor Academy is seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our cover team. This part-time, temporary role runs 37 hours per week across 38 weeks per year, with a salary in Grades 4 SP 9-12, and actual annual pay £22,788–£24,700. Start date is October 2026.

The post involves providing lesson cover across all subjects when teachers are absent. We value a positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to support students' learning within a strong school team.
