Job summary

Ten2Two is seeking a Compliance Officer & Deputy MLRO in the UK to oversee AML operations and regulatory compliance. You will support the Head of Compliance, acting as Deputy MLRO when required, and manage day-to-day compliance activities across client onboarding, transaction monitoring, and risk controls.

The role covers regulatory reporting, policies, and governance; experience in FCA-regulated environments and strong communication are essential for providing trusted advice across the business.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in FCA-regulated compliance/AML.
• Strong knowledge of UK AML regulations and FCA requirements.
• Hands-on with CDD, EDD and transaction monitoring.
• Experience investigating suspicious activity.
• Excellent written communication and reporting skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deputy MLRO: provide cover for Head of Compliance & MLRO.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding for private and corporate clients.
• Perform transaction monitoring and sanctions screening.
• Support Consumer Duty and FCA regulatory reporting.
• Assist with business continuity and third-party due diligence.
