Qualifikationen

• Training qualification in Learning & Development is essential.
• Experience delivering behavioural safety programmes in industrial environments is essential.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions with diverse audiences.
• Accredited coaching qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Deliver behavioural safety training programmes to employees and managers.
• Facilitate workshops, classroom sessions, and virtual learning events.
• Provide coaching to leaders and frontline teams to improve safety engagement.
