Job summary

The Masood Entrepreneurship Centre (MEC) at the University of Manchester invites applications for a Social Impact Ventures Manager. You will lead the delivery and development of MEC's Social Impact Pathway, supporting social entrepreneurs and purpose-led innovators to test and grow ideas with social and environmental impact.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in social enterprise, social innovation or venture support.
• Experience delivering engaging workshops.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and development of MEC's Social Impact Pathway across Explore, Build and Grow.
• Coordinate workshops, hackathons, ideation events and participant communications.
• Manage Manchester Impact Ventures, including cohort recruitment, onboarding and budget administration.
• Build a pipeline of social ventures and collaborate with mentors, partners and stakeholders.
