Job summary

Barnabas Aid International is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the International Programmes Team for Sub-Saharan Africa, based in the Swindon area. The role involves office-based work with travel across the region and a 6-month probationary period.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of projects, oversee partner relationships, and coach Project Officers to deliver high-quality programming aligned with Barnabas Aid's mission.
