Job summary

British International Investment (BII) invites applications for its Graduate Analyst Programme. Over 26 months you will rotate between the Impact Group and Investment teams, building skills in impact measurement, financial analysis and market research.

You will start with eight weeks of training, then two 12‑month rotations, plus potential international exposure, aimed at developing early career professionals in development finance.

Qualifications

• 2:1 undergraduate degree (any subject) required.
• Permanent right to work in the UK.
• Graduation dates: 2026 or 2027 for bachelor’s/master’s degrees.

Responsibilities

• Assess development impact with investment colleagues.
• Develop sector strategies aligned with impact frameworks.
• Create high-quality dashboards for investment insights.
• Compile and analyse impact data.
• Address environmental and social issues in investments.
• Evaluate ESG impact across investees.
