Job summary

Youth Sport Trust is seeking an Evaluation & Research Officer to join the Research & Insight team. You will deliver high-quality research and evaluations, using qualitative and quantitative methods, and manage external partners to evidence reach and impact.

The role focuses on monitoring programmes, delivering robust data, and communicating findings to inform policy and advocacy work within a national charity setting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering qualitative and quantitative research
• Ability to apply logic models for measurement
• Knowledge of research ethics and data protection

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to monitor and evaluate activities
• Deliver high-quality research and evaluations
• Undertake qualitative and quantitative research and synthesize findings
• Coordinate with external research partners and manage contracts
• Communicate results to internal and external stakeholders
• Use logic models to guide measurement approaches and impact data
• Collect case studies and produce evidence papers for strategic goals
