Job summary

Seismic is seeking a Sustainability Consultant to partner with clients on turning sustainability ambition into action, guiding B Corp certifications and sustainability strategies. The role sits within a fast-growing, purpose-driven team in the UK, with London-based office work and flexible hours.

You will manage a portfolio of ESG projects, lead workshops, translate complex concepts for clients, and help grow Seismic’s impact offering while representing the firm at industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing sustainability projects across ESG topics.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for clients and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, project management and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of clients on sustainability and ESG journeys.
• Identify prospective client leads and design/sell projects.
• Deliver high-quality services within budget to enable long-term impact.
• Facilitate workshops, present findings and reports to senior stakeholders.
• Build relationships with clients, colleagues and the wider community.
