Hands of Hope is seeking an experienced Project Operational Lead to drive the next stage of development at Hope Farm Community Garden in Hawkhurst. This role reports to the Board of Trustees and will unite our charitable programmes, Dig for Victory heritage project and new partnerships.

Working hours are 0.4 FTE (two days per week) on a four-year grant, with potential for a full-time post. The base salary for FTE is £37,440 (£14,976 at 0.4 FTE), plus a performance bonus that can deliver an OTE
