Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Graduate to promote licensed medicines within prioritised NHS Trusts in the UK. You will lead the NHS Trust business plan, deliver tactics to support local uptake, and collaborate with your Regional Business Manager to align with health priorities and patient access goals.

You will build knowledge of NHS pathways, engage stakeholders, and contribute to education for healthcare professionals while complying with ABPI and company policies.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a minimum of bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Biosciences or related scientific field.
• Full UK driving license.
• Experience in a clinical setting through university or work experience.
• Demonstrates ownership, accountability and a proactive learning mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Clinically promote medicines to NHS professionals and support pathway developments.
• Lead business plan for NHS Trust implementation and engage local teams.
• Deliver tactics to support local uptake of medicines within agreed plans.
• Use CRM data and insights to tailor engagement and improve access.
• Support educational activities for healthcare professionals in line with ABPI.
