Job summary

IntraHealth is recruiting Immunisation School Administrators to join our Immunisation Team. You will work in schools and community settings, assisting the nursing team with delivering vaccinations, and you will be organised and able to communicate with children and school staff.

The role requires a car with business insurance and willingness to travel to schools across the area; start times around 08:00–09:00; mileage expenses are claimable; term-time, 22.5 hours per week, permanent.

Qualifications

• Must have a car with business insurance and willing to travel to schools.
• Able to communicate with children, young people and school staff.
• Proficient with Excel and basic computer skills.
• Organised and reliable with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the nursing team in delivering school vaccinations.
• Travel to schools across the assigned area and manage mileage returns.
• Maintain records and use Excel for administrative tasks.
• Attend the office at start and end of shifts.
