Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited in Southam (CV47) is seeking Warehouse Operatives for an immediate start. You will join a fast-paced team to receive, process and move stock, scan items, and prepare orders for dispatch with accuracy and efficiency.

Reliable, punctual and physically active candidates succeed here; experience with scanners or warehouse systems is a bonus. Shifts run Mon-Thu 8:00-16:00 and Fri 8:00-15:00, with a local site in CV47.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in fast-paced environments.
• Experience using scanners or warehouse systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing incoming stock
• Unloading and moving products safely around the warehouse
• Sorting and organising stock into designated areas
• Picking items and preparing them for the next stage of the process
• Packing products securely and accurately
• Checking products for damage or quality issues
• Completing basic quality checks and inspections where required
• Scanning items and updating stock information using warehouse systems
• Moving stock between different departments and warehouse locations
• Preparing completed orders for dispatch
• Ensuring all items are handled carefully and correctly throughout the warehouse process
• Keeping workstations and warehouse areas clean, tidy and organised
• Working efficiently to meet daily productivity and operational targets
• Following site procedures and health and safety regulations at all times
• Completing other general warehouse duties as required
