Job summary

Office Angels UK is seeking a Temporary Senior Bookkeeper to join the finance team in Twickenham. You will support day-to-day bookkeeping, handle accounts payable/receivable, and run daily payment runs in a fast-paced environment.

We require prior bookkeeping experience, AAT Level 2 or 3, and strong Excel skills. This role offers an immediate start, 9:00am–5:00pm hours, and weekly pay with potential for permanency.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping or accounts payable/receivable
• AAT Level 2 or 3 qualified or equivalent
• Strong Excel skills required
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and manage workload
• Available to start immediately

Responsibilities

• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Running daily payment runs
• Handling a high volume of finance-related requests
• Supporting the wider finance team with general bookkeeping duties
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
