We are expanding our community care services across Rhyl, Prestatyn and surrounding areas and are looking for dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our growing team.

What you’ll do
  • Provide person‑centred care and support to adults in their own homes.
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, companionship and community access.
  • Build meaningful relationships with people and help them achieve their personal goals.
  • Promote independence, dignity and choice at all times.
  • Work in a professional, reliable and compassionate manner.
What you’ll need
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
  • Caring, reliable and patient nature.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to undertake training (including mandatory care training).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • DBS check (can be completed during recruitment).
