Job summary

Mitchell Adam is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their large team in Birmingham on an initial temporary basis. You will work in the Billing team, raising service bills, handling discrepancies, and performing reconciliations with support to progress within the company.

The role offers the potential to become permanent, with on-site parking and hybrid working options, in a supportive environment focused on training and development.

Qualifications

• Meticulous attention to detail with ability to identify discrepancies.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers.
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
• Experience in Sales Ledger or Billing is preferred.

Skills required:

• Be a people person with the ability to forge strong relationships with customers

• Ideally have prior experience within either Sales Ledger or Billing
