The successful candidate will have IMI Vehicle Body Repair / Panel Technician certification, extensive panel repair experience and a strong eye for quality. Salary is competitive and the role offers long-term stability in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• IMI qualification in Vehicle Body Repair / Panel Technician.
• Proven experience as a Panel Technician / Panel Beater / Body Repair Technician.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality panel repairs on a range of vehicles
• Assess accident damage and determine the appropriate repair method
• Repair, replace and align damaged body panels
• Carry out welding and structural repairs where required
• Use specialist bodyshop tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Ensure vehicle panels are correctly aligned and fitted
• Work closely with MET Technicians and Paint Technicians throughout the repair process
• Complete all repairs in line with manufacturer and industry standards
• Accurately complete job cards and repair documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment

Salary: £49,275 - £56,314 per annum

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

About the Role

Our client is a well-established automotive business with a busy bodyshop in Crewe, and they are currently looking for an experienced IMI-qualified Panel Technician to join their growing team.

This role will focus on repairing and restoring vehicle bodywork following accident damage, ensuring vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition and repaired to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
