Bolton Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon with a keen interest in imaging. The role centers on ultrasound, digital radiography and CT, while also handling the general surgical and medical first-opinion caseload.

The ideal candidate will be confident performing abdominal ultrasounds and interpreting radiographs. A certificate in diagnostic imaging or progress towards it is desirable but not essential. Our 24/7 hospital offers a varied caseload and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Keen interest in imaging and diagnostic radiology.
• Confident in abdominal ultrasounds and radiograph interpretation.
• Certificate in diagnostic imaging or pursuing it is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat complex cases using advanced imaging.
• Perform imaging studies including ultrasound, radiography and CT.
• Contribute to the general surgical and medical first opinion caseload.
