AfC band 6 (£41,608-£50,702) plus a High Secure Environmental Allowance of £1,750.47 per annum

Post Details

The eHealth department at The State Hospital is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to join the existing Infrastructure Team. The role contributes to the implementation of the Hospital’s eHealth/Information Management strategy.

Responsibilities

Provide IT support and assistance to staff at all levels within the hospital, including hardware and software support, meeting service level agreements, and delivering an effective end‑user interface for IT equipment and systems.

Provide hospital with second‑ and third‑line support through the IM&T help desk, handling IT hardware, software faults, enquiries, general help and advice.

Provide out‑of‑hours support on a rotational basis.

Experience

Experience of working in the NHS is highly desirable.

Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent in a computer‑related discipline.
