A leading defence contractor in the UK is seeking an ILS Manager to deliver support solutions for the Arrowhead programme. As an ILS Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering support solutions for the Arrowhead programme, ensuring our cutting‑edge warships remain mission ready. This is a customer facing role where you’ll collaborate with highly skilled Engineers, Managers and Technicians to shape the future of naval support. Your work will make a tangible difference to national security and give you the opportunity to grow your career in defence, aerospace, and engineering.
Day‑to‑day, you’ll be the key liaison between the Authority and the T26 Warship Technical Authority (WTA). Supporting the Lead and Principal Engineers to ensure compliance requirements, while delivering objectives to ensure readiness to deliver support to each in‑service vessel.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
