Job summary

A community-focused educational organization in West Yorkshire is seeking an Early Years Coaching Professional to mentor Level 5 apprentices. This role includes designing tailored training plans, assessing apprentices, and offering support on various educational topics. Ideal candidates will have coaching experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and relevant qualifications, including an ILM Level 5 Certificate. Qualifications

  • Mandatory qualifications include Level 5 coaching and relevant childcare certifications.
  • Desirable qualifications include a degree in Early Childhood Studies.
  • Experience in coaching or mentoring is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver training for Level 5 apprentices in Early Years.
  • Design tailored training plans and assess apprentices' progress.
  • Maintain records of assessments and support functional skills delivery.

Education

ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching (or equivalent)

A♯-C GCSE English (or equivalent)
