A leading consultancy firm in the UK is seeking an IKP Build Engineer for a contract role focused on designing and implementing key management solutions within an OpenShift migration project. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite in Sheffield, offering competitive daily rates.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in building and configuring identity and key management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of cryptographic principles, PKI, TLS/SSL, and encryption standards.
  • Familiarity with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and container security best practices.
  • Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) for IKP deployment.
  • Experience with enterprise IAM solutions and API integration.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and implement IKP components for OpenShift infrastructure migration.
  • Develop and deploy IKP components to support OpenShift workloads.
  • Automate key lifecycle operations and enable API-based integration.
  • Ensure IKP configurations meet security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain documentation and adhere to IT governance and change management.
