IFS Systems Analyst – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

We are currently seeking an IFS Systems Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the delivery of a major ERP transformation project.

The role is based in Yorkshire and is classed as hybrid working, with approximately 1 day onsite per month. Flexibility may be required during the initial weeks depending on project needs.

Role Overview :

The IFS Systems Analyst will help ensure the successful execution of the ERP transformation strategy, supporting process alignment and improvement across the organisation. You will work with stakeholders to deliver better business processes, supported by ERP and other technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Analyse current (“As-Is”) business processes and develop future (“To-Be”) processes.
  • Gather functional requirements and translate them into clear specifications.
  • Support system testing, validation, and data analysis activities.
  • Deliver training and guidance to super-users and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement improvements.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and coaching.
  • Maintain documentation, including training guides and process manuals.
