Job summary

A leading biopharmaceutical organisation is seeking an IFS Systems Administrator to ensure the effective management and support of the IFS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the ERP system, performing duties such as managing installations, resolving vendor issues, and maintaining user access. Familiarity with IFS (version 10) and cloud migration is essential. Strong communication and customer service skills are required to foster collaborative relationships within the team.

• Experience operating in a similar role to support user adoption.
• Ability to provide strong initiatives and take responsibility.
• Proven ability to function in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the IFS ERP system.
• Work closely with vendors and development teams to resolve issues.
• Establish effective working relationships with end users.
• Maintain security administration of the ERP system for user access.
• Respond promptly to end user and management needs.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
