Job summary

OLIX is building the Decode Accelerator and implementing IFS as its ERP and MES platform at its London HQ. We are seeking an IFS Programmer/Developer to tailor, configure, and integrate IFS to reflect OLIX's manufacturing processes rather than a generic template.

This foundational role offers real ownership as the implementation scales, with opportunities to grow the role alongside the project and company expansion.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring or customizing IFS (ideally IFS Cloud).
• Understanding of IFS architecture, workflows and reporting.
• Experience integrating IFS with external systems via REST APIs.
• Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
• Proactive, ownership-driven in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Support defining OLIX business processes across finance, operations and manufacturing.
• Deliver IFS customisations that implement those processes in the system.
• Establish connectivity between IFS and other OLIX tools (e.g. REST APIs).
• Collaborate with finance, supply chain and manufacturing to translate requirements.
• Help establish best practices for scaling the implementation.
