This is a key leadership position within the organisation, offering the opportunity to influence strategic decision‑making and drive financial performance.
The successful Head of Commercial Finance candidate will be based at the organisation's Sheffield headquarters, with the flexibility of hybrid working. You will lead a finance team of 13, including five direct reports, and take ownership of all FP&A activity, including forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategy, and financial modelling. You will also play a critical role in supporting operational and commercial decision‑making across the charity.
